These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of internetpowerdeals.online, the Internet Power Deals website, and related telephone assistance made available by Elvito LLC. By using the website or calling a telephone number displayed on it, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2. Business identity and service role

Internet Power Deals is operated by Elvito LLC, located at 4208 N. Freeway Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95834. The website provides internet comparison information and call assistance. Unless expressly disclosed for a specific provider, Internet Power Deals is not the provider that installs, bills for, or operates internet service.

3. No guarantee of availability or offer

Provider availability, network technology, plan names, speeds, prices, promotions, equipment, installation options, contract requirements, credit requirements, taxes, fees, and service terms vary by address and provider. Information displayed on the website is general and does not guarantee that a particular service or offer is available to you.

4. Provider terms control

If you choose to proceed with a provider service, the provider's own terms, policies, disclosures, eligibility rules, service agreement, billing practices, privacy practices, installation requirements, and cancellation rules will apply. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before completing an order.

5. Acceptable website use

You may use the website only for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. You may not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the website at scale, misuse telephone numbers, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

6. Accuracy of information you provide

You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting availability or service assistance. Incorrect addresses, contact details, identity information, or account information may prevent a representative or provider from assisting you.

7. Telephone interactions and call tracking

Telephone calls may be routed, measured, or tracked for quality assurance, attribution, fraud prevention, and operational purposes. Where required by law, notice or consent will be provided before recording. Standard carrier charges may apply depending on your telephone plan.
